Custom-made or personalized products, including glasses with custom or additional lenses, are partially non-refundable (see below).
Custom and Prescription Products (Important)
For orders containing custom-made glasses or additional lenses:
This condition applies even if the glasses frame is returned.
Returns must always be reported in advance to us before shipping the product.
Packages returned without prior arrangement cannot be accepted.
Contact for returns:
After approval of the return request, we send detailed instructions on the return method and address.
After receipt and inspection of the returned product, we notify the buyer of the refund approval or rejection.
In case of approval:
If the buyer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, they must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and send clear photos of the issue.
In such cases:
Direct product exchange is not available.
