Eligibility for Returns

Customers are entitled to exercise their right of return for eligible products within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Conditions for Returns

Returns are only accepted if all of the following conditions are met:

  • the product is unused, unworn, and in perfect condition,
  • the product is returned in its original packaging,
  • the security tag has not been removed from the product,
  • proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is provided for the return.

Custom-made or personalized products, including glasses fitted with custom or additional lenses, are partially non-refundable (see below).


Custom and Prescription Products (Important)

For orders containing custom-made glasses or additional lenses:

  • the price of the glasses frame is refundable,
  • the cost of custom or added lenses is non-refundable, as these are made according to the customer’s individual requirements.

This condition also applies if the glasses frame is returned.


Initiating a Return

All returns must be reported to us in advance before shipping the product back.
Packages returned without prior approval cannot be accepted.

After approval of the return request, we will send detailed instructions regarding the return process and return address.


Return Shipping Costs

  • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered. Returns are shipped at the customer’s own risk, therefore we recommend choosing a secure and trackable shipping method. We cannot be held responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged during transit.
  • As shipping is provided free of charge, shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Process

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify the customer regarding the approval or rejection of the refund.

If approved:

  • the refund will be issued to the original payment method,
  • the refund will be processed within 1–5 business days after inspection,
  • depending on the payment provider or bank, the refund may take additional time to appear.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrectly Delivered Products

If the customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, they must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the issue.

In such cases:

  • the return shipping cost will be covered by us,
  • the customer will receive either a replacement product or a full refund, depending on stock availability and individual circumstances.

Exchanges

Direct product exchanges are not available.
If the customer wishes to receive a different product:

  • the original product must be returned (according to this policy),
  • the new product must be placed as a separate order.

We process every order on the same day or within 1 business day at the latest after payment confirmation.
Order processing, delivery, and shipping do not occur on weekends or public holidays.
For custom-made glasses or orders containing additional lenses, the processing time may be extended.

Standard Shipping

Expected delivery time: 2–3 business days after dispatch.
The delivery time is calculated from the date of package dispatch, not the order placement date.

Shipping Cost

We provide free shipping for all orders within the United Arab Emirates.
No shipping fees are charged during or after purchase.

Shipping Cost Refund

Returns – Custom and Lens-Equipped Products

For orders containing custom-made glasses or additional lenses:

  • the frame price is refundable,
  • the price of custom or added lenses is non-refundable, as they are made based on the buyer's specific requirements.
    This condition applies even if the glasses frame is returned.

Order Tracking

After dispatch, we send a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information (if provided by the courier service).

Delivery Delays and Exceptions

Occasional delays may occur due to:

  • courier service disruptions,
  • increased shipping volume,
  • adverse weather conditions,
