Return and Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns

Buyers are entitled to return eligible products within 14 calendar days from the date of order receipt, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Return Conditions

Returns are only possible if all of the following conditions are met:

• the product is unused, unworn, and in pristine condition,
• the product must be returned in its original packaging,
• the security tag has not been removed from the product,
• a purchase receipt (order confirmation or invoice) is required for the return.

Custom-made or personalized products, including glasses with custom or additional lenses, are partially non-refundable (see below).

Custom and Prescription Products (Important)

For orders containing custom-made glasses or additional lenses:

• the glasses frame price is refundable,
• the custom or added lenses price is non-refundable, as they are made based on the buyer's specific requirements.

This condition applies even if the glasses frame is returned.

Initiating a Return

Returns must always be reported in advance to us before shipping the product.
Packages returned without prior arrangement cannot be accepted.

After approval of the return request, we send detailed instructions on the return method and address.

Return Shipping Costs

• The return shipping costs are always free for customers within the UAE.
• Since delivery is free, no shipping cost refund is available.

Refund Process

After receipt and inspection of the returned product, we notify the buyer of the refund approval or rejection.

In case of approval:

• the refund is made to the original payment method,
• the refund is processed within 1–5 business days after inspection,
• depending on the payment provider or bank, the credit may take additional time to appear.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrectly Delivered Products

If the buyer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, they must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and send clear photos of the issue.

In such cases:

• we cover the return shipping cost,
• the buyer receives a replacement product or full refund, depending on stock and individual needs.

Exchange

Direct product exchange is not available.
If the buyer wants a different product:

• the original product must be returned (according to these terms),
• the new product must be ordered separately.
