Warranty

It is important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase, which is why we provide a warranty for our products in accordance with applicable laws. If you encounter any problems, please do not hesitate to contact us!

• Duration: The warranty period provided under applicable law may vary depending on the product category.
• Warranty period: The warranty period is indicated on the invoice or warranty card after purchase.
• Repair or replacement: If the product is defective, you are entitled to free repair or replacement.
• In case of a defective product: When enforcing the warranty, we will primarily attempt to repair the product, but if the defect cannot be repaired, the product will be replaced.
• Not included: Defects resulting from improper use, damage, or natural wear and tear.
• Warranty card: The invoice or warranty card must be presented in order to validate the warranty.
• Costs: The costs of repair or replacement shall be borne by the distributor.
• Multiple claims: The warranty, implied warranty and product warranty can be validated simultaneously.
• Refund: If the product cannot be repaired and cannot be replaced, we will refund the purchase price.
• Arbitration board: In the event of a legal dispute, you can contact the consumer protection arbitration board.

Important information

• The warranty period is extended if the product is repaired.
• If a product has been repaired three times but is still defective, it must be replaced.
• If the defect prevents normal use, the buyer has 3 working days to request a replacement.
• Repairs or replacements may take up to 30 days.

2. Describe the problem and, if necessary, attach photos of the product.
3. After a quick investigation of the complaint, we will provide a replacement or refund the price.

14-day return policy

It is important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return the product within 14 days of receipt.

The return process

1. Contact us by email at shop@sunglassmagic.hu and indicate that you would like to return the product.
2. Fill out and return the withdrawal form you received by email.

Refund

• After receiving the returned product and checking it, we will refund the amount to the bank account you specified within 14 days at the latest.
• You are responsible for the cost of returning the product, unless you received a defective or damaged product.
