Important information

• The warranty period is extended if the product is repaired.
• If a product has been repaired three times but is still defective, it must be replaced.
• If the defect prevents normal use, the buyer has 3 working days to request a replacement.
• Repairs or replacements may take up to 30 days.

2. Fill out and return the withdrawal form you received by email.

Refund

• After receiving the returned product and checking it, we will refund the amount to the bank account you specified within 14 days at the latest.
